Vendor Applications are now open

We have pitches available for business, charity, community and retail vendors, with a pitch size being 3x3m. If you need a bigger pitch, or require two, we can arrange for this through the application process, but you will need to pay for 2 pitches also. Catering vendor pitches will be discussed through the application process, including understanding the pitch size you require.

Pride:MK wants to help showcase the LGBT+ community, its business owners and allies who want to support the community. As part of the family friendly celebration day, we will have a market-style feel with a variety of businesses showcasing their inclusivity, products or the work they do in the local community. Stalls will be laid out appropriately, so that calmer and child-friendly stalls are nearer our dedicated family areas, while others are all given equal opportunity to engage with potential customers.

All vendors are required to provide their own equipment, including gazebo, tables and signage. Applying for a pitch does not guarantee your attendance. Your pitch will be confirmed once we have received all documentation and the payment for your pitch.

As part of the application process, you will need to sign in with a Google account, due uploading images. Don’t worry if you don’t have one, when clicking “Sign In” you can select to Create Account. You can use your own email address that is not a Google account by selecting “Use my current email address instead”.

The pitch prices for Pride:MK are as follows:

Charity/Community – £50 (refundable on the day)
Business (No retail) – £50
Retail – £50
Catering – £150
Amusement – To be discussed with Vendor Coordinator
